Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India propose to issue the regulations on
Outsourcing of Activities by Insurers. Accordingly,
an exposure draft on IRDAI (Outsourcing of Activities by Indian Insurers) Regulations,
2016 is issued seeking comments of all stakeholders. The Authority has invited comments/
suggestions from stakeholders
